مِنْ نُطْفَةٍ إِذَا تُمْنَىٰ
From a sperm when it is emitted.
As explained in verse 76: 2, the bodies of males and females are created from the sperm emitted from the testicles of the male, and from the ovum emitted from the loin of the female. See explanation 22: 5; and 75: 37-40.
