Or have they any ladder for listening to Him? Then whoever listens may bring manifest Authority.
This verse asks the disbelievers: "Have they any ladder with them to go and understand the Book from the heavenly world, or have they any evidence to produce for proving that what they are following was informed by Satan, which Satan heard from the heavenly world?" Today, this question is applicable to the hypocrites and their followers—Mushriks—who are leading a life against Adhikr, which is the heavenly Book, and are following the ritual books written by the hypocrites and pseudo-prophets who have strayed from Islam. It is told in verse 55: 33 that without Adhikr—the Authority—no Sprite or man can pass beyond the boundary of earth and heavens. In short, whoever whether Male or Female wants to go to Paradise, he or she should utilize Adhikr as the Ticket to Paradise as explained in verses 73: 19 and 76: 29.
