(Qaaf) 50 : 29
مَا يُبَدَّلُ الْقَوْلُ لَدَيَّ وَمَا أَنَا بِظَلَّامٍ لِلْعَبِيدِ
No word will be changed near Me, and I am not unjust with My servants.
It is told in verses 36: 69-70 that Adhikr is nothing except a Reminder and a manifest Reading; to warn the one who is alive, and the word of punishment may come true upon the disbelievers. The Impartial Lord will never send anyone to the hell without witnessing against his soul that ‘indeed I was a disbeliever’ as explained in verse 7: 37. In other words, since the prophecy of Adhikr will be implemented without any alteration, no one will be entered into the hell without he is separated by Adhikr-the Witness-witnessing against him.
