(Qaaf) 50 : 25
مَنَّاعٍ لِلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍ مُرِيبٍ
Preventer of good, Aggressive, doubter.
The good mentioned in the verse is Adhikr. The transgressing hypocrites are preventing good and are commanding evils as explained in verses 9: 67-68. See explanation 2: 99, 190; 44: 43-50; and 50: 5.
