Surely those who say that indeed Lord Allah is one among Trinity have disbelieved, there is no deity except the Single Deity; if they aren’t stopping from their saying, indeed a painful punishment will afflict the disbelievers among them.
Most of the Christians during Messenger Muhammad's period were against Adhikr. But some among them politely heard his teachings and obeyed him as explained in verse 3: 199. Christians are having different opinions about Jesus. Some of them believe that Jesus is the son of the Lord, some believe that he is the father, some believe that Angel Jibreel (Holy Spirit) is the Lord, etc. They don’t have a unique belief in any matter. It is told in verses 18: 1-4: "The Lord has sent down Adhikr upon the last Messenger without any crookedness to warn the disbelievers about severe punishment, to warn those who say that the Lord has taken a son, and to give Herald to the believers who do righteous deeds". But today, the Jews or Christians are not reading these verses. It is the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar among people of the last Messenger who have inherited the Lord's Book are reading these verses. But by hiding and rejecting Adhikr, the Fujjar have become the transgressors as explained in verse 2: 99. They are having evil concepts about Lord, His Book, Messengers, and Prophets. Without the Confirmed Truth Adhikr, they are having a never-ending doubt concerning every matter. So, by the second coming of Jesus, most of the Christians, Jews except 70000 Antichrist’s soldiers, and all other people belonging to Messenger's community will approve Adhikr and Islam. Then they will kill the Fujjar who accept Antichrist as the prophet and lord as explained in verse 9: 123. See explanation 2: 24, 133; 4: 170-173, and 5: 47.
