They are asking you what is permitted to them; you say: "All wholesome things are permitted to you, and what you have taught to the trained hunting animals in the manner directed to you by Lord Allah, then you eat from what they catch for you, and you remember Allah upon it, you heed Allah, indeed Allah is swift in Reckoning".
This verse addresses the group of believers. But today, there is no group of believers anywhere in the world. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are claiming that they are in truth. But by hiding and rejecting Adhikr Fujjar all over the world have deviated into different groups and have become the disbelievers and Mushriks as explained in verses 4: 150-151. Most of the slaughterers and butchers all over the world are Fujjars since they have a belief that the meat will become permissible only if they slaughter it. These true Mushriks are leading bodily and worldly life without considering the soul and Hereafter. They are not considering the fact that animals also have soul and it is from Lord Allah. So, while slaughtering they are not remembering the Lord upon the animal by their heart even though they utter by their tongue: "In the name of Allah". The Lord has taught through His Messenger to remember by the soul while slaughtering: "It is from You oh, Lord, and it is into You". So the believers can’t eat the meat slaughtered by these disbelievers. But being the Mouidath of this verse the odd believer by intending with his soul: “It is from Lord, and it is unto Lord” can eat the meat of the edible animals which are slaughtered and blood is drained by anyone since the believer is the one endowed with intelligence and remembers the Lord in all his standing, sitting, and lying as explained in verses 3: 190-191. The believer indulges in deeds beneficial for the thousand communities of the Lord's creatures as explained in verse 2: 62. See explanation 3: 138; 4: 27-28 and 160.
