Indeed, the believers, they are those who believed with Allah and His Messenger; they then don’t have any doubt, and are doing Jihad with their wealth and with their soul in the way of Allah, such are those who testify to the Truth.
Here it is notable that without saying ‘with their wealth and with their body’ it is told ‘with their wealth and with their soul’. That is because it is not enough to do Jihad with the body by the encouragement of others or by simply accompanying others without any aim and without participating in the soul. But Jihad should be done by understanding the responsibility to the Lord and as self-motivated, participating in the body and soul, utilizing all abilities and knowledge, aiming to fulfill the aim of life. As everything is being implemented by the Lord of the universe, everything should be done, and every decision should be made only after praying to Allah with the soul. The believer, while reading verse 1: 6, should pray by soul to the Lord to guide them with those who testified to Adhikr—the Straightpath. See explanation 33: 35; 39: 23, 33; and 41: 30-32.
