(Muhammad) 47 : 14
Is then the one who is upon a clear Evidence from his Lord, like the one for whom his evil deeds have been made attractive and who are following their whims?
The Clear Evidence mentioned in this verse is Adhikr. The one-in-a-thousand believers are upon the Clear Evidence by living under the Light of Adhikr and accepting Allah as the single Deity. The remaining nine hundred and ninety-nine in every thousand—the Fujjar—have taken their whims as deities by neglecting Adhikr. For them, Satan beautifies their evil deeds. See explanation 13: 18; 27: 24; and 45: 23-24.
