And before this there is the Book of Moses as Guide and Mercy, and this is the Book testifying It in Arabic language in order to warn the wrongdoers, and a Glad tiding for the Muhsins.
Muhsins are those who live here seeing the Lord from the Book Adhikr-the Light. That means those who are living here under the light of Adhikr-the Light. Adhikr revealed to Last Messenger Muhammad testifies and safeguards all 312 Books revealed to all 312 Messengers including the Book Thourath revealed to Moses. That means, just like the soul of all mankind is the same, the soul of all Books is also the same. It is called Adhikr. It will argue and witness in favor of those who are living here under the Light of It and who are testifying It, and will Safeguard them from all calamities, disasters, diseases, and hellfire, where as It will argue and witness against the wrongdoers who hide It after receiving It.
