And before this, there was the Book of Moses as Guide and Mercy, and this is the Book testifying to It in the Arabic language, to warn the wrongdoers and a Glad Tiding for the Muhsins.
Muhsineen are those who live here, seeing the Lord from the Book Adhikr—the Light. That means those who are living here under the Light of Adhikr. Adhikr revealed to the last Messenger, Muhammad, testifies to and safeguards all 312 Books revealed to all 312 Messengers, including the Book Thourath revealed to Moses. That means, just as the soul of all mankind is the same, the soul of all Books is also the same which is called Adhikr. It will argue and witness in favor of those who are living here under the Light of It and who testify to It, and will safeguard them from all calamities, disasters, diseases, and Hellfire; whereas It will argue and witness against the wrongdoers who hide It after receiving It.
