(Jasiya ) 45 : 9
وَإِذَا عَلِمَ مِنْ آيَاتِنَا شَيْئًا اتَّخَذَهَا هُزُوًا ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُهِينٌ
And when he learns anything from Our verses, he considers It as mockery, such will have heinous punishment.
The Fujjar who are reading theses verses are the true disbelievers involved in different organisation, and Allah has kept prepared heinous punishment for them as explained in verses 4: 150-151.
