(Jasiya ) 45 : 18
ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاكَ عَلَىٰ شَرِيعَةٍ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ فَاتَّبِعْهَا وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Then We made you upon a code of conduct from Our Commands; then you follow It, and you don’t follow the whims and wills of those who are not knowing.
Command mentioned in 34 verses such as 2: 109; 7: 54; and 16 is one of the 40 names of Adhikr. Whoever doesn’t follow It which is the Knowledge, are the wrongdoers and ignorant as explained in verses 33: 72-73. Through this verse Messenger and thereby the believers till last Day are commanded not to follow such Fujjar’s whims and wills. See explanation 18: 28; 28: 57; 33: 1, 48 and 60-61.
