As a command from Us; indeed We are always sending.
“Command” is one of the 40 names of Adhikr. As told in verse 17: 15 Allah won't be punishing without deputing a Messenger for warning. After the deputation of Messenger Muhammad, he is the prophet and Messenger for the entire world till the last Day. Adhikr revealed to Messenger Muhammad is safeguarding and testifying all 312 Books revealed before to 312 Messengers as explained in verses 5: 48; and 16: 43-44. In the Hereafter, the judgement regarding the matters the people are differing about here will be done with Adhikr as explained in verses such as 2: 253 and 39: 69, 75. Whoever doesn’t judge with Adhikr in individual, family and social life, such are the disbelievers, wrongdoers and transgressors as told in verses 5: 44, 45 and 47 respectively.
