(Az-Zukhuruf) 43 : 51
وَنَادَىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ فِي قَوْمِهِ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَلَيْسَ لِي مُلْكُ مِصْرَ وَهَٰذِهِ الْأَنْهَارُ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِي ۖ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ
And Pharaoh announced to his people, he said: “O my people! Doesn’t the sovereignty of Egypt belong to me? Aren’t these rivers flowing beneath me? Will you not be insightful?”
As explained in verses 79: 24-25, Pharaoh, who declared “I am the Supreme Lord of you,” is saying to his people that he has the kingship of Egypt (Misr) and is asking: do you not see the River Nile flowing beneath me according to my permission? See explanation 10: 88; and 20: 42-44.
