وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ

The Book revealed from the self praiseworthy is clear and transparent. Adhikr is more understandable to the illiterates than the literates especially in the case of Arabic language as explained in verses 62: 2-3. See explanation 18: 2-3; 36: 69; and 41: 44.
