(Zukhuruf) 43 : 17

Whenever one of them is informed glad tiding with what they ascribe to the Impartial, his face darkens and he will become suppressed due to grief.

The Maccan pagans who were the addresses of Messenger Muhammad were considering the Angels as the daughters of Impartial Allah. At the same time, if any of them was informed with a female child, his face became darker due to sorrow, and he was suppressing his anger as explained in verses 16: 58-59.
