And Allah doesn’t speak to any human except as inspiration, or from behind a curtain, or by sending a Messenger, thus with His permission reveals what He intends, indeed He is the Supreme, the Wise.
This verse says that Allah won’t speak to anyone from this world, or no one will see Allah from this world directly, as explained in verses 6 102-103. Allah spoke to Moses from behind a curtain. ‘Qudsi Hadith’ is the Message of Allah inspired to the Messenger directly without going through the Angel. It is told in verses 21: 24-25 that the Book given to all 313 Messengers is Adhikr, which is the Truth and Proof. Adhikr revealed to Messenger Muhammed contains all 312 Books revealed before and their upright explanations as explained in verse 16: 44. And it is revealed through the Angel Jibreel as explained in verse 2: 1. Adhikr which explains everything as explained in verse 16: 89, and which is the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book as explained in verse 25: 33 is codified through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59.
