(Ashoora) 42 : 12
لَهُ مَقَالِيدُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
To Him belongs the keys of the mysteries of the heavens and the earth; He gives sustenance abundantly for whom He wishes, and He restricts for whom He wishes, indeed He is knowing each and every thing.
The Three Time Knower Lord has inscribed everything which is happening in the universe in His Three Time Knowledge Adhikr as explained in verses 2: 255 and 6: 59. The believer who holdfasts Adhikr-the Prosperity-will not have any deprivation and suffering. As explained in verse 5: 48, Adhikr is the Safeguard and shield against all calamities, disasters, diseases and hellfire. See explanation 6: 59; 27: 75, and 39: 63.
