(Ashoora) 42 : 12
لَهُ مَقَالِيدُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
To Him belongs the keys of the mysteries of the heavens and the earth; He gives sustenance abundantly to whom He wishes, and He restricts for whom He wishes; indeed, He is Knowing everything.
The Three-Time Knower Lord has inscribed everything that happens in the universe in His Three-Time Knowledge—Adhikr—as explained in verses 2: 255 and 6: 59. The believer who holds fast to Adhikr—the Prosperity—will not have any deprivation or suffering. As explained in verse 5: 48, Adhikr is the safeguard and shield against all calamities, disasters, diseases, and Hellfire. See explanation 6: 59; 27: 75, and 39: 63.
