(Fuswilath) 41 : 18
وَنَجَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَكَانُوا يَتَّقُونَ
And We saved those who believed, and they were heedful.
Those who believed in Allah, as 6236 verses of Adhikr confirm, and who do the responsibility of propagating Adhikr to others, are the heedful. See explanation 2: 186; 39: 33; 41: 8.
