The above of it He established mountains, and He bestowed His blessing in it, and He equitably apportioned its means of sustenance within four days, being the reply for the askers.
If it is mentioned in other verses of the Book that the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them were created within six days, here it is stated that the earth was created within two days, all creatures, including mankind, and events were created and fixed within two days; thus, the creation of them was within four days. Actually, in the case of Allah, if He intends anything, He says, ‘Be’, then it is, as explained in verse 36: 82. But here it is explained like this as a reply to those who ask.
