(Mu'amin) 40 : 62
ذَٰلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤْفَكُونَ
That is Allah, your Lord, the Creator of everything, there is no Deity except Him, then how are you being deluded?
Adhikr is revealed to familiarize Allah with mankind. But the human devil hypocrites, by living against the path of Adhikr, are diverting their followers from Allah and leading them to the house of Satan—the Hell. These worst creatures who read the Arabic Quran are diverting other people of Messenger Muhammed from Adhikr—the Straightpath of Allah—so that they should bear the burden of them also, and they will go to Hell, as explained in verses 20: 99-100.
