(Mu'amin) 40 : 37

The paths of the heavens, and I may take a peek to the Deity of Moosa, and indeed I guess that he is a liar, and just like that it is made attractive to Pharoa his evil deeds, and he is obstructed from the Straight path, and Pharoa’s plot caused nothing except his perdition.

Pharoa was telling mockingly so from the midst of the people in order to prevent them from the Message Moosa was presenting to them. That was for make believing them that the Deity Allah whom Moosa was familiarising to them was one who is hiding somewhere in the heaven without interfering in what is happening in the earth. See explanation 7: 137; 9: 125; 22: 15.
