Those who are disputing about the verses of Allah without getting any Authority, it is a great despicable near Allah as well near those who believed; just like that Allah seals upon the heart of every arrogant tyrant.
Authority mentioned in the verse is Evidence Adhikr. Allah has great hatred towards the arrogant tyrants who are disputing concerning the verses of Allah. Therefore this verse commands the believers also to have hatred towards arrogant tyrants. Today the transgressing hypocrites who are hiding and rejecting Adhikr-the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium-are in the place of Pharoa. They are the arrogant tyrants also. Through the verse 9: 73, the odd believer is commanded to do strenuous Jihad towards them. As explained in verses 9: 67-68, Adhikr-the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book-is revealed in order to punish the hypocritical transgressors who have forgotten Adhikr and are commanding evils and are forbidding good.
