(Annisa) 4 : 6

And you test the orphans until they reach the age of marriage; if you are sure about their maturity, then hand over their property to them, and you shouldn’t consume extravagantly in anxiety fearing that they will grow up. If anyone is self-sufficient, he may satisfy with his wealth, and if anyone is poor, then consume in Justice; and when you hand over their properties to them, then you make witness upon them, while Lord Allah is enough for Reckoning.

When the orphans reach the age of marriage, it is necessary to test them in several ways to know whether they can responsibly deal with their property. If it is convinced that they are irresponsible or immature or spendthrift or foolish ones, the guardian should deal their property for them as commanded in the previous verse. It is not permitted to spend the property of orphans extravagantly or in a haste manner thinking that their properties are to be handed over to them when they grow and acquire maturity. If the guardian is a rich one, he is not allowed to accept anything from the property of orphans for dealing with it. When the property is handed over to them, there should be witnesses for not having any ambiguity or doubt in the future. “While Lord Allah is enough for Reckoning” means the Three-Time-Knower Lord Knows whatever is happening in the universe before He created anything. Adhikr teaches that every individual is fastened with a Recording Book upon his neck which will be produced as an Illuminating Spread open Book for Reckoning himself on the Day of Judgment as explained verses 17: 13-14 and 18: 49.

The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are deaf and dumb towards Adhikr. So they are denoted as the worst creatures among thousand communities of Lord’s creatures as explained in verse 8: 22. Since the Impartial Lord doesn’t guide anyone to Paradise or Hell, it is the read, heard, and touched verses that will argue and witness against Fujjar and will push them into Hell. See explanation 2: 255; 3: 199; 6: 59 and 9: 28.
