And to Lord Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and Allah is encompassing everything.
The Three-Time-Knower Lord is the owner of the universe and whatever thing in it. But the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar all over the world who read these verses are hiding and rejecting Adhikr. They are the disbelievers and Mujirims who are serving Satan and are the inmates of the Hell from mankind. By the second coming of Jesus, these Fujjar will be killed by the other people belonging to Messenger's community as explained in verses 4: 91; 9: 5, and 125. It is not the Impartial Lord who put them to Hell. It is Lord's Speech Adhikr which will argue and witness against the Fujjar and push them into Hell as explained in verse 4: 48.
