Once you have finished your prayer, you remember Lord Allah while standing, sitting, and on your laying; then when you are in peace and tranquility, you keep up prayer, Indeed prayer is a time-prescribed duty upon the believers.
In this verse, it is told that indeed the prayer is a timely fixed duty upon the believers. But today, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are the true disbelievers mentioned in 520 verses, wrongdoers mentioned in 220 verses, Mujirims mentioned in 52 verses, hypocrites mentioned in 24 verses, transgressors mentioned in 38 verses, and Mushriks mentioned in 55 verses. They are serving Satan and are following in his footsteps. This soulless and worthless people are following twenty-nine pseudo-prophets and are falsely claiming that the other people belonging to Messenger's community who didn’t even touch the Arabic Quran are the Kafir. They will have disgrace in this world and severe punishment in the Hereafter as explained in verses 2: 85 and 5: 33.
