(Zumar) 39 : 16
لَهُمْ مِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ ظُلَلٌ مِنَ النَّارِ وَمِنْ تَحْتِهِمْ ظُلَلٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ يُخَوِّفُ اللَّهُ بِهِ عِبَادَهُ ۚ يَا عِبَادِ فَاتَّقُونِ
They have shades of Fire above them, and their below also have shades, with that Allah is making fear his servants; oh My servants! So you heed Me.
The inmates of Fire will be covered with fire above and below. It is told in verses 90: 19-20 that whoever hides Our verses, such are the left party, and above them, the Fire will be covered. See explanation 7: 41; 22: 19-22; 38: 55-64.
