(Swaad) 38 : 28
أَمْ نَجْعَلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ كَالْمُفْسِدِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَمْ نَجْعَلُ الْمُتَّقِينَ كَالْفُجَّارِ
Or should We consider those who are believers and do righteous deeds just like the mischief-makers in the earth? Or should We consider the heedful just like the Fujjar?
Adhikr is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium as well as the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul. So only with Adhikr racism, communalism, apartheid, riot, mischief, etc. can be eradicated. Those who are conveying Adhikr to entire mankind and who are testifying It are the righteous and heedful. Those who hide and reject Adhikr are the Fujjar and the mischief makers. It is told in verse 82: 13 that the virtuous are in the blessing; and in 82: 14 it is told that indeed the Fujjar are in Hades. See explanation 2: 38; 35: 19-22, 32; 83: 7, and 18
