(As-Swaffaath) 37 : 78
وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الْآخِرِينَ
And We left him in the descendants.
This means that by making all generations that came after the flood as the descendants of Messenger Noah, Allah ensured that Noah’s fame would last in all generations until the Last Day. See explanation 11: 48; 17: 3; 19: 58; 26: 84.
