وَقَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا هَٰذَا يَوْمُ الدِّينِ
And they will say: Oh woe to us! This is the Day of Judgement.
This is the Day when everyone will be rewarded for their fourth phase of life (the life after fifteen years of age until death). See explanation 1: 3; 36: 54; 17: 13-14.
