(As-Swaffaath) 37 : 143
فَلَوْلَا أَنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُسَبِّحِينَ

Then had not been he among those who glorify the Lord.

When the travelers in the ship cast lots to remove a passenger, Yoonus was chosen and thrown into the sea, where he was swallowed by a whale, as explained in verse 10: 98. From the belly of the whale, he glorified the Lord: “There is no deity except You; glory to You! Indeed, I was among the wrongdoers,” as explained in verse 21: 87.

Since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, the odd believer who testifies to Adhikr is commanded to read Adhikr at dawn and dusk and to perform prolonged prostrations of recitation. In those prostrations, the believer glorifies and praises the Lord, as explained in verses 7: 205-206.
