(Saba'a) 34 : 2
يَعْلَمُ مَا يَلِجُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا وَمَا يَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَمَا يَعْرُجُ فِيهَا ۚ وَهُوَ الرَّحِيمُ الْغَفُورُ
He knows what is entering into Earth, and what is coming out from it, and what is descending from the sky, and what is ascending to it; and He is the Merciful, the Forgiving.
The Lord who has created the heaven, earth, and all in between them from nothingness is All-knowing and the Three Time Knower. It is told in verses 3: 5 and 14: 38 that nothing is hidden from Allah both on earth and in the sky. See explanation 3: 26-27; 6: 59; 57: 4-6.
