Oh you Prophet! You tell your wives, daughters, and believing women to put down their outer garments over their breasts, it is better for them to be identified, and thus they not to be disturbed; and Allah is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
Today the Fujjar who are reading these verses do not give preference to soul and the Hereafter, instead they give preference to bodily and worldly life. It is taught by the Lord through His Messenger that in the last period, Fujjar women will be naked even though they have worn Purdas (Dress covering full body). That is because they have made their food rejecting Adhikr which is the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul as explained in verse 7: 26. As told in verse 8: 22, they are the worst creatures near Lord Allah since they are deaf and dumb towards Adhikr and are not utilizing their intelligence to think about the aim of life. They will be dragged into Hell prone on their faces and such are in the worst places and are the most strayed as told in verses 25: 33-34 and 17: 97-98. See explanation 18: 49; 24: 31.
