(Ar-Room) 30 : 59
كَذَٰلِكَ يَطْبَعُ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Just like that does Lord Allah seals the hearts of those who don’t have the Knowledge.
It is the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who don’t utilize their bestowed intelligence for understating Adhikr which is the Three-Time-Knowledge. But they are falsely boasting before mankind that they are the people having enough knowledge. It is told in verse 63: 4 that the hypocrites are enemies of the Lord.
