(Ar-Room) 30 : 43
فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ الْقَيِّمِ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَا مَرَدَّ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ ۖ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَصَّدَّعُونَ
So set your face toward the straight way of life before a Day comes from Lord Allah of which there is no repelling; that Day, they will be divided.
Adhikr is the Straighpath and straight ‘way of life’. The ‘Day’ mentioned here is the death in the case of every individual and the Day of Judgment in the case of the whole of mankind. See explanation 27: 92-93; 30: 14 and 30.
