(Ali-Imran) 3 : 180

And let not those who act niggardly with any of His Bounty Lord Allah has given them reckon that it is better for them, nay it is evil for them, surely on the Day of Judgment they will be shackled on their necks with whatever they had been niggard of, and to Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth, Allah is Well-Acquainted with whatever you are doing.

The ultimate aim of life is to prepare Paradise here in the fourth phase of life to inherit It in the seventh phase by utilizing all the Bounties and Favors which are not brought at the time of birth and which are not carried at the time of death. All will be questioned about the bestowed bounties and favors on the Day of Judgment as told in verse 102: 8. It is told in verses 9: 80; 28: 58 and 57: 10 that to Lord belongs the inheritance of the universe. Only the believer who testifies Adhikr will utilize all the bestowed Bounties and Favors for conveying Lord’s Book to entire worlds.

It is told in verse 47: 38: “Whenever you are called to spend in the way of Lord, among you there is miser, whoever shows niggard, it is surely against his soul, Lord is free of all needs while you are the needy, if you are turning back, then Lord will substitute with a people other than you who will never be like you”. It is told in verses 4: 37-38: “Those who are misers and are commanding people to be misers, conceal what Lord has bestowed upon them from His Bounties, Lord has kept prepared heinous punishment for those disbelievers. And those who are spending their wealth for showing the people without believing with the Lord and the Hereafter, for such one has made the evil Satan as an intimate friend!”.

The aimless and heedless Fujjar mentioned in verses 9: 67-68 will not utilize Adhikr by themselves or will not give It to others. So, as told in verses 6: 93-94 at the time of their death, Impartial Lord will tell them: “Surely, We have brought you alone, just like We created you for the first time, and you have left behind all favors We had bestowed upon you, and We don’t see with you the intercessors whom you have been claiming besides Lord that indeed they will intercede for you. Surely all the relationship between you both have been cut off, and made strayed from you whatever you had been claiming”. Any Fujjar if not testifies the Best Book Adhikr, at the time of his death the Lord will tell him that he was among the disbelievers as told in verses 39: 58-59. See explanation 2: 44, 159-161; 3: 185 and 9: 34-35.
