(Ali-Imran) 3 : 117

The parable of what they spend in this worldly life is just like a wind, in it, there is ripping frost. It affected the crop of people who wronged their souls, thus destroyed it; Lord Allah didn’t wrong to them, but they were wronging to their soul.

Since the Fujjar are heedless and aimless, they are giving preference to worldly and bodily life without considering the soul and the Hereafter. Since they will have Hell in the Hereafter, the Impartial Lord is giving them more worldly gains in this world. It is commanded to Messenger to ask through verses 18: 103-104: “Shall we inform you of the greatest losers in deeds? Those whose effort is lost in the worldly life, while they are reckoning that they are producing well in deeds”. Those are the ones who disbelieved in Lord’s verses and the meeting with Him, then their deeds became futile, and Lord will not weigh their deeds on the Day of Judgment as told in verse 18: 105. Mischief is appeared on the land and in the sea because of what men’s hands have earned as told in verse 30: 41. Lord has become the Impartial by giving the Criterion Adhikr to mankind. So it is the duty of those who received the Book to confirm whether he is a believer or Fujjar. See explanation 2: 57, 266; 4: 79 and 11: 17-19.
