You read and convey what has been revealed to you of the Book and you establish prayer; indeed, prayer prohibits shameful and forbidden things, and the Remembrance of Lord Allah is greater, and Allah knows whatever you are producing.
Conveying Adhikr to mankind is commanded first, and then only performing prayer is commanded. It is for keeping up the Book Dhikree as explained in verse 2: 5. Today, as there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, the odd believer is commanded to follow the prayer and lifestyle as explained in verses 7: 205-206. The soulless Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who have made their food ‘rejecting Adhikr’ are seeing the sexual organs of others in their so-called prayer. So they will get Hell as the penalty for their aimless and heedless life in this world as explained in verses 2: 110 and 6: 28.
“Allah knows whatever you are producing” told in verse means Allah knows whatever deeds everyone is doing and the heritage of deeds he leaves behind. See explanation 2: 168-169; 4: 43, 91 and 8: 35.
