(Al-Qasas) 28 : 75
وَنَزَعْنَا مِنْ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا فَقُلْنَا هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ فَعَلِمُوا أَنَّ الْحَقَّ لِلَّهِ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ
And We will extract from every community a witness and will say: "Bring your Proof," and they will know that the Truth belongs to Allah, and whatever they used to forge will be strayed from them.
All 313 Messengers are sent down with the Truth and Proof Adhikr as explained in verse 21: 24. Any deed without having the Proof from Adhikr will be futile. It is told in verses 39: 69 and 75 that the Scale of Judgment on the Day of Judgment will be the Truth Adhikr. See explanation 2: 111 and 16: 89.
