(Al-Qasas) 28 : 64
وَقِيلَ ادْعُوا شُرَكَاءَكُمْ فَدَعَوْهُمْ فَلَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَهُمْ وَرَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ ۚ لَوْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَهْتَدُونَ
And it will be said: "Call your partners”, and they will call them, but they will not be responded, and they will see the punishment; if they would have followed the Guidance!
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr which is the Guidance for the entire mankind are serving Satan and are following his footsteps. So the read, heard, and touched verses will argue and witness against them and will push them into Hell. See explanation 10: 28-30 and 13: 30-31.
