(An-Naml) 27 : 4
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ زَيَّنَّا لَهُمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَهُمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
Indeed those who didn’t believe in the Hereafter, We have made their deeds attractive to them, so they will wander.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are bearing the Book as a burden carrying donkeys. They are denoted as the worst creatures who are deaf and dumb towards the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book. As Lord is the Impartial, Satan makes attractive the aimless deeds of disbelievers as explained in verse 6: 43. See explanation 2: 186; 4: 78-79 and 7: 38-39.
