(An-Naml) 27 : 21
لَأُعَذِّبَنَّهُ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا أَوْ لَأَذْبَحَنَّهُ أَوْ لَيَأْتِيَنِّي بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ
“I will surely punish him with a severe punishment or slaughter him unless he brings me a manifest authorization”.
