And surely We have distributed it among them so that they might be reminded, then most of the people disagree without being ungrateful.
Every blessing such as resources, money, power, children, etc. is provided to mankind for testing them that whether they are grateful or ungrateful. Impartial Lord will not make anyone to Paradise or Hell. Adhikr is the Best Bounty and Mercy from Lord for the entire mankind. But the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are neither utilizing It nor are giving It to others as explained in verses 6: 25-26. The read, heard, and touched verses will argue and witness against them and will push them into Hell as explained in verse 15: 44. So the believer who represents Believer Lord propagates Adhikr into the entire mankind for keeping the universe in its equilibrium testifying the verses 2: 62 and 6: 89-90.
