(Al-Hajj) 22 : 4
كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ مَنْ تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُ يُضِلُّهُ وَيَهْدِيهِ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ
Indeed it is decreed upon him that whoever chooses him as a patron, he will misguide him and will guide him into the punishment of the Blaze.
One can only become a believer by transforming his/her Jinn soulmate mentioned in verse 43: 36-39 into a believer with Adhikr and keeping Lord in his/her heart. Whoever holdfasts Adhikr (the Unbreakable Rope extended from Paradise), he did holdfast Lord and is guided into the Straightpath as explained in verse 2: 256.
