(Ambiya') 21 : 90
فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ يَحْيَىٰ وَأَصْلَحْنَا لَهُ زَوْجَهُ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَيَدْعُونَنَا رَغَبًا وَرَهَبًا ۖ وَكَانُوا لَنَا خَاشِعِينَ
Then We responded to him, and We granted him Yahya and amended for him his wife; indeed they were hastening to good deeds and were supplicating to Us in hope and fear, and they were to Us humbly submissive.
All 313 Messengers were sent down with Adhikr-The Message from Lord, and they were giving importance in conveying the Message to the entire mankind. But only those who fear the Lord can only be reminded with Adhikr as told in verses 87: 9-12. See explanation 7: 205-206; 9: 100 and 17: 56-57.
