Then high is Allah, the True King; and you don’t hasten for this Reading before Its revelation is completed to you, and you pray: "My Lord, You increase me the Knowledge."
It is told in verses 75: 16-19: “Move not your tongue concerning the Book to hasten with. It is upon Us to codify It and to recite It. So when We have recited It (through Jibreel), you follow Its method of recitation. It is then We Who must explain It”. It is told in verse 87: 6: “We will make you read Adhikr, then you will not forget”. Adhikr as mentioned in verses 41: 41-43 is the Splendid Book in which no falsehood will enter before or after Its codification, It is sent down from the One Who is Wise, Self-Praiseworthy.
So, while hearing and reading Adhikr, the believer who testifies Adhikr always pray by soul: “Oh Lord! You increase me the Knowledge”. And those who didn’t see and hear the Book Dhikree, he is the disbeliever into Hell as explained in verse 18: 101. See explanation 17: 86, 105-106 and 25: 32-33.
