(Al-Baqara) 2 : 59

Then those wrongdoers altered the statement to something else than what had been told to them; so We sent down a scourge from the sky upon the wrongdoers since they have been transgressing.

The country mentioned here is Palestine. As explained in verses 5: 20-26 from among twelve tribes of children of Israel, twelve captains were sent to observe the country. When they came back, all except two heedful from them said: “Verily, the people of that land are extremely powerful. We would never enter there until they leave the country. If they leave, we will enter”. But the two heedful said: “You enter the gate, if you enter there, indeed you will be victorious, and upon Lord, you entrust if you are believers”. The majority again said: “We will never enter the country as long as the inmates are there, you with your Lord go and fight with them, and indeed we will be sitting here”. Then Moses said: “Oh my Lord, I have no power except upon my brother and me, so you separate us from these transgressing people”. Lord replied: “For forty years that country is prohibited for them, they will wander through the land in distraction. Therefore, you don’t be sad upon these transgressing people”.

Today the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are responsible for conveying the Lord’s Message throughout the world for the harmony of mankind. But they neither utilize Adhikr nor give It to other people, thus they are ruining themselves, but they don’t perceive it as told in verse 6: 26. These Fujjar are considering other people belonging to Messenger’s community such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, and Christians as Kafirs, and they are obstructing them from entering Hejaz (Province comprising Mecca and Medina). So, by the proclamation of Mahdi, the believers from mankind all over the world will be separated into Hejaz by expelling the Fujjar as explained in verse 9: 28. That is the World Triumph which the Lord has promised upon the believers. See explanation 2: 26-27; 5: 44, 45, 47; 7: 162 and 10: 33.
