(Al-Baqara) 2 : 205
وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِي الْأَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهْلِكَ الْحَرْثَ وَالنَّسْلَ ۗ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَسَادَ
And when he is elected, he rushes in the land to spread mischief in it; and he will destroy the crops causing extinction, and Lord Allah doesn’t like the mischief.
