(Al-Baqara) 2 : 11
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ
Whenever they are told not to make mischief on the earth, they say: “Indeed, we are reformers”.
