Verse 17: 96 also ends with the same Message. It is told in verses 34: 34-35: “And We did not send into a city any Warner except that its squanderers said: ‘Indeed we are disbelieving with what you were sent with. We are more powerful in wealth and children, and we are not going to be punished’". Through verse 34: 36 Lord commands Messenger to reply to them that surely my Lord gives abundantly to whom He wishes, and restricts for whom He wishes, but most of the people do not understand it.
