(Isra) 17 : 110

You Say: "You call Allah or you call the Impartial; whatever you call, to him belongs the Best Names. And you don’t recite too loudly in your prayer or too quietly, but you seek an intermediate way”.

By teaching mankind Adhirk from the Paradise itself, Lord Allah has become the Impartial. Just like the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar, the Meccan pagans at the time of Messenger were not considering Lord as the Impartial. They were falsely considering that wealth and power were the criteria of the true path. Through verse 25: 60 when such disbelievers are called for Prostration before the Impartial, they will ask: “Which is the Impartial? Should we prostrate to that which you command us?", and they will increase in their aversion. These aimless and heedless Fujjar are preferring worldly and bodily life than the soul and Hereafter. So they are destined into the 7 doors of Hell as explained in verse 15: 44.

It is told in verse 59: 24: “, the Creator of the soul, the Maker of the body and the Synchronizer of the soul with body; to Him belongs every Best Name submitted by the Best Book Adhikr; whatever things in Heavens and earth glorify Him, He is the Exalted, the Wise”. See explanation 1: 2; 7: 150 and 17: 78.
